Salt carried one to three miles inland by the marine layer attacks flashing, vents and fasteners well before the roofing material itself gives up, and it corrodes solar racking on the same clock. Possibly, and the tile will not tell you. The shell can have decades left while the waterproofing membrane under it is spent, and that membrane is what your mounts pass through.
